Come rummage around our General Store and discover books, 19th-century games, bric-a-brac, antiques, local crafts, ole timey candy and foodstuffs as well as other items of historical interest.

GERMANTOWN FLEA MARKET

The first Saturday of each month from May through November we set up shop at the Germantown Flea Market. Stop by the flea between 8 AM - 12 PM for our monthly Red Tag Sale!

Button Farm accepts donations of vintage items, collectibles and antiques for display or resale. Donations are charitable and we will issue you a receipt for your tax purposes. FARM-FRESH PRODUCE

At Button Farm, we grow heirloom vegetables, herbs and fruits in our Museum Garden, as well as eggs from our heritage breed chickens. Produce is used in educational programming and use on the farm, and surplus is sold directly to the public on the weekends at our Farm & Flea Market.  Supplies may be limited in 2021 as we will be growing produce for two area food banks this year to help families experiencing food insecurity due to the pandemic.  Each year, around the first week of May we hold our annual Garden Plant Sale which includes a variety of fresh plant starts for you to grow your own Button Farm garden at home.

OUR FARMING PHILOSOPHY

We are committed to providing chemical-free farm products.  While we are not certified organic, we do not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides on our crops, nor do we grow Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs).  We are dedicated to ensuring that our livestock is hormone-free and treated in an ethical manner. Our chickens are fed regular, not organic, feed.
